01What this Policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how Who Will Win LLC ("Who Will Win," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information on this website and across our products: AI Prediction, AI Trader, the Metaverse, and W Coins.

A product may publish its own privacy policy with more detail about that product. Where it does, that policy governs the product and controls if it and this Policy disagree about it. The AI Trader Privacy Policy is published today. The policies for AI Prediction and the Metaverse will be published before those products open.

02This website

This website needs no account and asks you for nothing.

• No advertising cookies, no third-party analytics, no tracking across sites. The website sets no cookies of its own and loads nothing from advertising or analytics companies.
• Server logs. Like any website, ours is delivered through hosting and network providers (Amazon Web Services and Cloudflare) that process your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the time, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
• Video. The films on this website are served by us. One is delivered from our AI Trader address when you press play.
• Email. If you write to us, including through a "tell me when" link, we receive your email address and whatever you send, and use it to reply and, if you asked, to tell you when a product opens.

03Information our products collect

When you use a product, it collects what running it needs:

• Account information. Your email address, the sign-in method you use (such as Google, Discord, or an email code) and the identifier that provider gives us, your display name, an optional profile photo, a phone number if you enrol one, and your two-factor settings.
• What you do in the product. In AI Prediction: the matchups you ask about, the predictions generated for you, and your W Coin use. In AI Trader: your settings, strategies, limits and approvals, the orders placed for you and their results, and paper-mode records. In the Metaverse: your avatar, your position and actions in the world, and what you say there.
• Trading platform credentials (AI Trader). The API key you provide for your own trading platform account. It is encrypted, used only to trade on your instructions, never displayed again, and can be revoked by you at any time.
• Payments. Purchases of memberships and W Coins are handled by our payment processor. Your card details go to the processor, never to us; we receive only what is needed to record the purchase.
• Community content. Your chat messages, channel, leaderboard entries, and, in the Metaverse, voice if you choose to use it.
• Technical data. IP address, device and browser type, timestamps, ordinary server logs, a session cookie or token that keeps you signed in, and browser storage for your preferences on that device.

04How we use it

To provide and secure the products; to generate predictions and run the strategies you choose; to place the orders you authorise; to record purchases and W Coin balances; to show leaderboards and community features; to send the messages you ask for, such as sign-in codes and digests; to prevent abuse and fraud; to fix and improve the products; and to comply with the law.

05AI processing and automated decisions

Our products use automated systems, including AI agents and machine-learning models, to research matchups, calculate confidence, summarise evidence, and, in AI Trader, to decide when an order fits the strategy and limits you set. In AI Trader you choose whether each trade needs your approval or is placed automatically, and you can stop it at any time. Where we use an outside AI provider to process a request, it processes the content of that request on our behalf to return a result.

06How we share it

We never sell your personal information. We share it only:

• With service providers that host and run the products and deliver messages for us, including Amazon Web Services (hosting, storage, and email delivery), Cloudflare (network security and delivery), our payment processor, AI providers, and a text-messaging provider for messages you enrol for. They process it only to provide those services to us.
• With your trading platform (AI Trader), when the software places the orders you have authorised on your own account.
• With other members, to the extent described below.
• For legal, safety, and rights reasons, when we believe in good faith that the law, a court, or the protection of people or of our rights requires it, and in connection with a merger or sale of the business, under this Policy's protections.

07What other members can see

Your display name, picture, channel, chat messages, and any results you choose to publish on a leaderboard are visible to other members. In the Metaverse, your avatar, what you do, and what you say are visible or audible to members near you. Your email address, trading platform credentials, balances, and payment details are never shown to other members.

08Security

We protect information with encryption in transit, encryption of trading platform credentials at rest, access controls, and network protection. No system is perfectly secure; keep your sign-in method safe and tell us at once if you think your account has been accessed.

09How long we keep it, and deleting your account

We keep information while your account is open and for as long as needed for the purposes above. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; deletion is permanent. We may retain records the law requires us to keep, records needed to resolve a dispute or enforce our agreements, and de-identified data. If you use AI Trader, we recommend revoking your API key at the trading platform before you ask us to delete your account.

10Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to receive a copy, to correct it, to delete it, to object to or restrict certain uses, and not to be treated unfairly for exercising these rights. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act; we do not sell or share personal information as that law defines those terms. People in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have the rights their data-protection laws provide, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority.

To exercise any right, write to support@who-will-win.com. We will verify your request and answer within the time the law allows. You can also manage message preferences and, where offered, leaderboard visibility inside each product.

11Cookies, browser storage, and Do Not Track

This website sets no cookies. Our products use a session cookie or token to keep you signed in and browser storage to remember your preferences on that device. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers, and we do not track you across other websites; for that reason the Services do not respond differently to a browser's Do Not Track signal.

12Children

The Services are for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use them, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has given us personal information, write to us and we will delete it.

13Where your information is processed

We are based in the United States and process information there. If you use the Services from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those where you live.

14Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top, and where a change is material we will tell you on this website, in the product, or by email before it takes effect.
